You can purchase with peace of mind because we will consider a refund on most items if requested within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
We do not offer refunds for the following items:
- Media Items (Books, Music, Videos, Etc.)
- Food and Drinks
- Personal Care Products
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
We will not refund items that have become broken or damaged after purchase. Vintage clothing cannot be deemed as ‘faulty’ due to some clothing being very delicate given its age. Appropriate care must be taken with these items.
If of course a fault was not mentioned or shown in the photos of the item – you are of course allowed to return your item for inspection and consideration for a refund.
You must return your item with a note referencing your order number and name – so we can process the return.
Returns are at the customers own cost and must be received by us within 30 days of approval being granted.
We will process your return once it has been received and inspected.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days minus a 15% restocking fee.
If your item(s) have clearly been used, returned in a poorer state than they were sent out or returned to us in hand after 7 days from confirmed delivery date – we reserve the right to not process the refund.
